1. Service provider

FUT ISLAND is a trade name used for the website and software. You can contact us through the official FUT ISLAND Discord channel or by post at the registered address above.

2. Definitions

• Service means the FUT ISLAND website, Chrome extension, panels, forms, accounts, licences, and related online services.
• Extension / Software means the FUT ISLAND browser extension intended to assist users with user-configured transfer market searches and actions on supported EA SPORTS FC web application pages.
• User means any person using the Service, account, trial, licence, or Software.
• Licence means a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software under these Terms.
• Trial means temporary test access to the Software for the period stated in the Service.

3. Extension purpose, installation, and permissions

The Extension has one narrow purpose: assisting a signed-in user with user-configured transfer market searches and actions on supported EA SPORTS FC web application pages. Its Chrome Web Store listing, user interface, requested permissions, and Privacy Policy form part of the description of the Extension's functionality.

• The Extension operates only after the user chooses to install it and grants the permissions displayed by Chrome.
• Site access must be limited to supported pages needed for the disclosed functionality. The Extension is not intended to monitor unrelated websites or general browsing activity.
• Users can manage site access, disable the Extension, or uninstall it through Chrome settings at any time.
• Installing the Extension does not transfer ownership of the Software or grant access to source code.
• Some functionality requires a FUT ISLAND account and an active trial, licence, or subscription. FUT ISLAND, not Google, sells and provides that access.

4. Third-party services, safeguards, and user responsibility

The Extension is intended for use only with an account the User is authorised to use. Users must comply with the terms, rules, rate limits, and fair-play requirements of Electronic Arts and other relevant third parties. The Extension is not designed or authorised to bypass login requirements, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, access controls, or security measures.

The Software includes technical safeguards, configurable limits, delays, and presets designed to support controlled operation. We recommend using only settings expressly identified in the Software as "Very Safe" and do not recommend using settings outside that category. These safeguards do not constitute a representation or guarantee that FUT ISLAND controls, administers, insures, or can preserve the status or availability of an EA account.

The User independently decides whether and how to use the Software with an EA account and accepts responsibility for the selected account, configuration, instructions, timing, and actions initiated through the Software. FUT ISLAND has no custody or control of the User's EA account and no authority over the operation of, or decisions made by, Electronic Arts or other third-party platforms.

• We do not guarantee profit, any specific amount of coins, sniping success, availability of market opportunities, or purchase of any specific card.
• The Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. No affiliation with EA or Google

FUT ISLAND is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or authorised by Electronic Arts, EA Sports, EA SPORTS FC, FIFA, PlayStation, Xbox, Google, Chrome, or any other third party. Availability through the Chrome Web Store does not mean that Google sponsors, endorses, or assumes responsibility for the Extension. Third-party names, trademarks, and identifiers are used only for identification and interoperability purposes.

6. Account and acceptable use

• You must provide accurate information and protect your login details.
• Your account, trial, licence, Software files, and access codes are intended only for you.
• You must not share accounts, resell licences, bypass limits, create multiple accounts to abuse trials or promotions, or use the Software unlawfully.
• You must not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, remove protections, bypass licensing, create derivative products, or attempt unauthorised access to Service infrastructure.
• You must not use the Extension to access another person's account, bypass authentication or security controls, interfere with networks or servers, scrape unrelated content, send spam, distribute malware, or perform unlawful or unauthorised activity.
• You must not use the Extension in a way that creates excessive traffic, deliberately evades platform limits, harms other users, or interferes with the supported website.
• We may suspend or terminate an account, licence, or access if we detect abuse, circumvention, breach of these Terms, chargeback, payment fraud, or risk to the Service.

7. Trials, licences, and access

• The Trial lasts for the period stated in the Service and may be limited to one FUT ISLAND account and one EA account.
• Paid licences are granted for the period shown at purchase, such as 30 days or seasonal access.
• The Licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable in case of breach, and does not include source code rights.
• Seasonal access means access for the relevant FC/EAFC title cycle stated in the offer. It is not a guarantee that the Software will work until a specific date regardless of third-party technical changes.
• Features, speeds, modes, filters, integrations, notifications, support, and bonuses may change if required by safety, game updates, market changes, or technical limitations.
• The Extension package may be installed and updated through the Chrome Web Store or another distribution method clearly identified by FUT ISLAND. Users should not install modified or unofficial copies.

8. Payments, prices, subscriptions, and taxes

Prices are shown in the Service and may depend on currency, country, promotions, and payment provider. Payments may be handled by Stripe, Allegro, or other payment providers. Payment providers may apply their own terms, anti-fraud checks, and privacy policies.

• Purchases are one-time payments unless the offer clearly identifies a recurring subscription, its billing interval, and price.
• Access may be activated after payment authorisation and transaction confirmation by the payment provider.
• In case of chargeback, reversed payment, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms, we may block access.
• L&P INTERNATIONAL SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, not Google or the Chrome Web Store, is the seller and is responsible for paid FUT ISLAND access, billing support, refunds, and applicable consumer obligations.
• If a paid feature is required for core Extension functionality, this must be stated clearly before installation and purchase.

9. Withdrawal, refunds, and complaints

If you are a consumer or have consumer rights, you keep all mandatory rights under applicable law. For digital content or digital services supplied immediately, the withdrawal right may expire once performance begins with your express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right, where permitted by law.

A complaint should include a description of the issue, account email, payment or order ID, screenshots, and technical information needed to verify the report.

10. No result guarantee and market risk

The Software is a technical tool. Results depend on the market, prices, settings, delays, internet connection, game-side changes, competition, account limits, user behaviour, and many other factors. Example snipes, profits, coin amounts, screenshots, videos, and reviews are informational or marketing materials, not guarantees.

11. Responsibility for EA accounts and limitation of liability

The User decides whether and how to use the Software with the User's EA account. Nothing in this section authorises use contrary to these Terms, applicable law, or applicable third-party requirements. Subject to mandatory law, FUT ISLAND is not responsible for changes to the status, availability, accessibility, contents, or value of the User's EA account, game access, virtual currency, cards, items, data, or other digital content caused solely by user-selected settings or instructions, use contrary to these Terms, or acts or omissions of third parties outside FUT ISLAND's reasonable control.

An event affecting an EA account, game access, or third-party digital content does not by itself create an obligation for FUT ISLAND to reimburse, replace, or compensate the User for the purchase price or value of an EA game, EA account, virtual currency, cards, items, or any other amount paid to a third party, and does not by itself entitle the User to a refund of a FUT ISLAND licence, provided the Software was supplied as described and complies with mandatory law. This does not limit the User's remedies if the Software itself is defective, materially differs from its disclosed functionality, or FUT ISLAND fails to perform its legal or contractual obligations. Refunds, complaints, and statutory remedies relating to the FUT ISLAND Service remain governed by section 9 and mandatory consumer law.

Subject to mandatory rights, FUT ISLAND is not responsible for losses caused solely by user actions, third-party services, or circumstances outside FUT ISLAND's reasonable control, including:

• loss of access to, or changes in the status, contents, or value of, an EA account, game access, virtual currency, cards, items, data, or other digital content,
• lost benefits, lost profits, reputational loss, data loss, interruptions, failures, errors, or delays,
• damage caused by incorrect settings, improper use, use contrary to these Terms or applicable third-party requirements, or technical changes on the game or platform side,
• actions of payment providers, Discord, Supabase, Google, hCaptcha, hosting providers, EA, or other third parties.

12. Updates and availability

We may update, suspend, limit, or change the Software or Service where needed for security, compatibility, Chrome Web Store requirements, fixes, game changes, API changes, legal requirements, or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every system, browser, game version, platform, or account. Extension updates distributed through the Chrome Web Store are also subject to Google's distribution and review processes.

13. Intellectual property

The Service, Software, graphics, text, layout, marks, code, know-how, instructions, and bonus materials, including e-books, are protected by law. You receive only the right to use them within the scope expressly stated in these Terms. Copying, publishing, selling, sharing, model training, creating competing tools, or using materials outside personal licence use is prohibited.

14. Educational materials and support

E-books, guidebooks, filters, suggestions, Discord access, premium groups, and support are educational and auxiliary materials. They are not financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of results. You decide which settings to use and are responsible for your decisions.

15. Termination, disabling, and uninstalling

We may terminate or limit access to the Service or Software in case of breach of these Terms, attempted circumvention, chargeback, copyright infringement, fraud, harmful actions toward other users, or legal or technical risk to the Service.

The User may stop using and uninstall the Extension at any time. Uninstalling stops future operation on the device but does not automatically cancel a paid subscription or delete the FUT ISLAND account. Subscription management and data deletion requests must be completed through the methods described in the Service and Privacy Policy.

16. Privacy and changes to data practices

Processing of personal data is described in the FUT ISLAND Privacy Policy. Material changes to Extension permissions or data practices will be disclosed and consent will be obtained where required by Chrome Web Store policy or applicable law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for important reasons such as product, price, feature, provider, legal, security, or sales model changes. The updated version applies from publication unless stated otherwise.

18. Governing law

These Terms, the Service, the Software, and all matters arising from or connected with their use are governed exclusively by Polish law. All disputes arising from or connected with the Service or Software shall be resolved in Poland by the competent Polish courts in accordance with Polish law.
